Art Director /Gator Cases Inc. March 2017- February 2020

I led the creative team members in producing go-to-market assets such as photography, videos, one-sheets, catalogs, print ads, and digital content for B2B and B2C customers for all six+ Gator brands. By using process mapping, asset templatizing, and streamlining workflows using Wrike’s project management system, have increased marketing assets by 65% in the last year. My trade show responsibilities ranged from the warehouse to the show floor with budgets of five thousand to over three hundred thousand to produce and create. Gators’ latest show this January received many industry accolades, rewards and provided profitable business relationships which set a successful tone for 2020.

Executive Producer/KelbyOne 2009-2013

Produced, directed and managed all online training classes for KelbyOne while adhering to strict budgets and tight deadlines, in an effort to create a captivating learning experience for a large internet member subscriber-based audience. I enjoyed traveling to various locations all over the US to shoot photography classes with some of the best well-known professional photographers. Managing both team and talent for multiple days, while working with permitting offices to have the clearance needed, was always a challenge but the classes we produced are still widely enjoyed and paid for by hundreds of KelbyOne subscribers.

Senior Creative Manager/KelbyOne 2005-2009

I lead, directed and produced all creative media products within the video department inclusive of graphic design, motion design, 3D animation, set design, construction, and staging. To grow the KelbyOne subscriber base, all effort was focused on creating a solid brand identity and wildly diverse class offerings. By creating KelbyOne brand graphics packages, materials, and marketing products the company became premier in the industry and expanded the company three times its size in three years.

Motion Graphics Designer/Daktronics  2003 – 2005

As a Motion Graphics Designer, I created dynamic motion graphics packages for professional sports teams and sponsoring companies displayed in stadiums and venues throughout the United States and Canada. Creating sales proposals and attending pitch meetings was always enjoyable and rewarding. Hearing client feedback and developing our business relationships helped to make our client base vast, happy and fresh. Many clients required in-game support services requiring me to travel and train their in-house staff.
